Baked Goods

Yesterday I road to the top of Palomar Mountain to meet the family. I estimate it's a total of 7,000 feet of climbing to get there. That's a real mountain.

I got home and all I could do is bake. Gluten Free Banana Scones. My first attempt at scones and my first attempt at Gluten Free baking. They are a little doughy but tasty.
