Simply Crazy

I know it's not this simple but I believe in some rather simple things: 
  • Flood yourself with fitness created endorphins daily
  • If it's real food eat it, if it's processed in a box don't. 
  • Spend time outside daily
  • Laugh daily
Or you can do this! 

It's a good life...
