Last weekend I went to Hamburg, Germany to witness the Dextro Energy World Championship Series race. Most importantly I went there to meet with Javier Gomez the current ITU World Champion.
I started to get a little down on the whole thing. So far this year, I've flown 100,000 miles and slept in a hotel bed for 2 months. So instead of staying down I decided to re-commit to this life.
1. I commit everything to Mary and Marco first.
2. I choose to do this work.
3. I will work with no compromise.
4. I will work out with no compromise.
5. I will Sleep well.
6. I will have fun.
