It's always good to run with people. It's even better when it's a family affair. The Jewell family ran for cause today and it was all a good time. This picture was taken after the run which shows just how much fun it was. The High School Runner ran 8 miles and doesn't look like he broke a sweat.

Fast is an understatement. I struggle to keep up with both of them in running and everywhere else. Great to meet you too!
