This quote was used the other day with a bit of Sarcasm which I guess is always the case when this is said. I know I've probably used that exact quote a few times in my life under frustration. Let's really dig into the comment.
- Decisions - Some are easy, some are hard, some have a deadline and some need the sign off from the person in charge.
- Executives - Make good decisions, bad decisions but the good ones always take ownership of the decision they make.
- I made an Executive Decision - If it's the wrong decision, will you own up to it or will you also say "I made that decision because I couldn't wait for the Executive to get off his/her ass to make it"?
It's a good life....
