Last night was the league championships. Our runner (Pictures on the Left) as you can see ran a new PR in the 2 mile. A full 9 seconds faster. The interesting note is he ran those two fast times on the same track. More important in my view is he finished first Freshman. That is a good outlook for the future.
Now starts the off season. It is here where runners take big steps. But of course this like everything is on the runner. He will make the choice to make the off season count or not.
It's a good life....
