Primal Stew

In 2011 I'm making a good effort at becoming a much better cook. I'm also trying to take some of the huge burden off my gracious wife Mary.
Tonight was Beef Stew.
In the Picture
2lbs Beef
3 Sweet Potatoes
6 stalks of Celery
3-4 chopped carrots
2 chopped onions
3 cloves of Garlic
Broccoli - not pictured.
On the meat: Chili Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Mustard

20 minutes of Prep. 1 hour to cook. Marco went back for seconds.

It's a good life...
